Please log in to the 【APP】 and navigate to the 【ME】 section to collect the following details:

l Account UID (displayed next to your avatar)

l Order Number (access "Order History", select the relevant order, and click "Copy")

l Send the above information to our customer service via email: Pixtextedit@gmail.com.

After the refund is successfully processed, the funds will be returned to your original payment account via the same payment channel.
